Pe Lang + Zimoun

At the outset of 2004, Pe Lang and Zimoun star t their joint project «Untit led Sound Objects, based on

work with materials brought to sound through vibration. They focus on creating acoustic architecture

with an organic feel, investigating properties of sound, materials, resonance properties and

generative systems. The work is presented as sound installations and as live performances.

Their works are created by using small machines comprised of computer-monitored and programmed

electromagnetic lifts, electro magnets or vibrating motors, in combination with different materials.

Often the showrooms are thus used as a source for creating sounds as well as continually evolving

new acoustic spaces.
